I love to see my clients progress and go on to successfully achieve greater results for their business, develop improved relationships with their customers, colleagues friends and family or, even secure their ideal job at an interview.

I enjoyed a successful 20 year career working for HSBC Bank in Retail and Commercial banking and Learning & Development.  I was a national trainer for HSBC, developing and coaching leaders across the UK in sales, coaching, leadership and soft skills.   I was also responsible for the strategy, sourcing and development of talent onto their largest national graduate programme.    I work with ‘emerging talent’ employers to source and develop talent for their business and I designed the Commercial Graduate Programme for Lloyds Banking Group.

I am a Director and Producer at Indigo Blue Productions.  I coach clients to speak authentically on camera and on stage.  I create the messaging for corporate films and design interactive live events that create momentum.  I have worked with global clients across many industries both in the UK and Europe.

As a business trainer and personal performance coach, I believe self-mastery is vital for us to achieve the results we want personally and professionally.  I am passionate about employability, self development and empowering my clients to communicate with authenticity.   I have first-hand experience of how our mindset influences our internal communication which impacts those around us and the decisions we make.

I experienced bullying first hand at a young age and I understand the impact it can have in our adult life.  To the outside world I was confident and successful, and yet, inside I doubted myself.   I have since learnt the strategies that enabled me to overcome my fears, believe in myself and live a life where I am happy on the inside and out.  I use these same techniques with my clients who are experiencing amazing results.

I am a qualified, MBTI®  & NLP Practitioner.  Last year I decided to build on my NLP training and take my 17 years coaching experience to a new level.  I began training with Tony Robbins and Chloe Madanes to become a strategic intervention coach.

I recently developed my communication skills with Les Brown, one of the worlds leading motivational speakers.
