Influence My Future was created from our belief that we all have the choice to influence the life we want regardless of our circumstances or past experiences.  

We provide mentoring support and 1-1 coaching for students that have been affected by bullying and would like help to re build their confidence and secure a job.

One of our Directors has been responsible for recruiting and developing early entry talent onto company Graduate Programmes and interviewed over a 1000 students during her corporate career.  She is the founder of the Graduate Development Network with over 50 companies who regularly meet and share best practice on how to recruit, develop and retain young talent.
